Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Schrodi’s Lab, we prepare materials, schedule staff, and reserve time specifically for your child’s celebration. For this reason, the following policy applies to all Birthday Party Experiences:
Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event may receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, but may be eligible for one-time rescheduling, subject to availability.
No-Shows

No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Weather or Emergency (Hosted by Schrodi’s Lab)
If Schrodi’s Lab must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, or emergencies), you will receive the option of:

A full refund, or
-
Credit toward a future event.
Participant Changes
If fewer children attend than originally booked, refunds are not provided for unused spots.
